Our menus are based on the roots of the ancestral cuisines of Mexico’s heritage: elemental ingredients from pre-Columbian tribes, strong textures, and colors from Spanish kitchens, traditional and unique flavor combinations from the Yucatan – all prepared with the care and elegant techniques of Chef Jorge Mendez. The breakfast menu has something for every taste and includes our bakery’s freshly baked bread. Lunch is Mexican and Caribbean with an emphasis on fresh fish and seafood. Dinner is an affair to remember – shrimp, lobster, mussels, prime beef, rack of lamb, duck and fresh fish – accompanied by a good wine, a bottle of champagne or a selection from our craft beer menu.
