Our Restaurant

Pavo Real by the Sea is an intimate restaurant overlooking the spectacular beach on Maroma Bay, the beach named by The Travel Channel as the “best beach in the world”. Enjoy a cocktail on the beachside stone terrace before indulging in the chef’s creations. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the cozy interior salon decorated with original art, on the open-air terrace embracing the turquoise pool, or in the beachside tropical garden.

Our Cuisine

Overseen by Chef Jorge, Pavo Real’s kitchen prepares delicious and creative dishes from an exuberant menu that changes with the seasons and stars fresh produce from local markets, prime meats, and fresh fish and seafood from the reef just offshore. The finished dishes are collages of vibrant colors and flavors showcasing the Chef’s artistry. A well-selected wine list, gourmet craft beer menu and excellent service overseen by host Daniel Osorio compliment each memorable meal in this intimate, magical setting.
